Sandra Brown of SB Photography was the $5,000 Grand Door Prize winner at the Professional Photographers of Ohio’s 57th Annual Convention, Trade Show and Print Competition.

Brown is the owner of SB Photography, a full service professional photographic studio located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. She will receive $5,000 of free printing and services from JD Photo Imaging, a professional photographic lab in Michigan.

“I’m very appreciative of the generosity of your lab,” said Ms. Brown, after winning the prize. “I look forward to receiving your beautiful prints.” The Grand Door Prize was presented to her March 14, the final day of the trade show.

”It is our way of saying thanks to the photographers in Ohio, and for all they do for JD,” said Tom Hicks, a partner at JD Photo Imaging who presented the check. “The Grand Door Prize brings more attendees into the trade show, which benefits everyone from the studios to the vendors.”

“PPO does a great job promoting our industry, so our lab does anything we can to support them,” he added.

Professional Photographers of Ohio (PPO) is an affiliate association with the international Professional Photographers of America (PPA). In addition to the PPO Trade Show and Print Competition, numerous programs and demonstrations were offered along with new trends and techniques for professional photographers.
