Java updates have been known to cause problems with older installations of JDLab2You or Pick-a-Pack. If you try to launch either JDLab2you or JD Pick-a-Pack and you see the error message “Unable to Launch” this is due to updates in the ordering software.
To fix the problem, follow these steps:
1. Delete your JDLab2You and JD Pick-a-Pack desktop icons. You will not lose any current or saved orders.
3. Follow the prompts to complete installation.
A new icon will be placed on your desktop. Use this new icon to re-start the software. In most cases this fix will make the programs much faster, and reduce Java “out of memory” errors on large orders.
