MyJD – our online order tracking software – makes it easy to get a complete record of your invoice totals for tax purposes.
To get started, log into MyJD from our home page JDLab.com. Use the same user ID and email used to open JDLab2You or JD Pick-a-Pack. You can also use MyJD from your smart phone.
If you cannot log into MyJD from our website home page, log in directly at my.jdlab.com.
Once you’ve logged in, simply click any year button to see all the invoices from that year. If you have more than 1 page of invoices, you can click the 10-25-50-100 to see them all on the same screen. Click any of the column headings to sort by that column (for example, Invoice Date) and click the column again to reverse the sort order.
Searching for something specific? Type in the “search” box above any of the columns to only show orders that match your text. Note that as you type each letter into the search box, MyJD will start the search automatically, making it easy to see what you’re looking for.
When you’re ready to make a copy of your invoices, you can print the page or export it as a comma-delimited CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet program.
If you’re not familiar with MyJD, here are some other things you can do:
- View orders in process or shipped
- Click on any order to see invoice details or reprint for your records
- Click an order’s UPS tracking number for shipping status
- View your order history from your smart phone
