New 8×8″ Photo Book Size Makes It Faster to Print

January 9th, 2012

Beginning this week, we’ve redesigned our 8.5×8.5 inch press-printed photo books so that they are now 8×8 inches. This size matches our 8×8″ photo print albums.

Although you and your clients should never notice this small change, it will simplify the workflow in our book binding department.

This means slightly faster turn-around times on your 8″ photo book and album orders.

If you have any questions about the change, please contact heidi@jdlab.com or call us at 888-858-8084.

New Holiday Card Designs in ROES

November 29th, 2011

holiday christmas cards pro photographers45 new card designs have been added to our full line of folded and slimline greeting cards for the 2011 holiday season.

Unveiled over the last two weeks in JD’s ROES software and on the My Digital Products Online website, these contemporary new designs have been well-received by both photographers and their clients.

The new cards include 11 5×7″ folded holiday card designs, 9 slimline 4×8″ and 5×7″ Christmas cards, and 22 new 4×8″ 5×7″ Season’s Greetings cards. These were added to our already huge selection of cards and sizes available.

You can view all our new holiday card designs on our unbranded MyDigitalProductsOnline.com website, or see them in ROES.

New Lower Minimum Order on Holiday Cards

November 9th, 2011

holiday cards pro photographers print labYou’ve told us that your clients don’t order as many holiday cards as they used to. Therefore, we’ve adjusted our order quantities for flat cards, designer cards, and folded greeting cards. This includes graduation, thank you, holiday or any special occasion cards (does not include slimline cards). See MyDigitalProductsOnline.com for all our card designs.

You can now order cards in sets of 4 in ROES. This means you can order as few as 4 cards!

Although we’ve lowered our minimum order, we haven’t raised our prices. In fact, the price for 24 cards will remain the same, and for larger quantities, in many cases our prices are even lower than before!

We’re confident this change will make it easier – and more profitable – for you to offer folded greeting cards to your clients.

Note that slimline card printed on Kodak paper were not included due to their already low price per card.
