While JD is constantly adding new products to our ROES catalog, we also update older products. Occasionally a client tells us that they still see old artwork when looking at updated products.
Sometimes the ROES program just behaves strangely, and there doesn’t seem to be anything you can do to fix it.
The solution in either case is to clear the ROES cache. Here’s how:

You’ve told us that your clients don’t order as many holiday cards as they used to. Therefore, we’ve adjusted our order quantities for flat cards, designer cards, and folded greeting cards. This includes graduation, thank you, holiday or any special occasion cards (does not include slimline cards). See MyDigitalProductsOnline.com for all our card designs.
You can now order cards in sets of 4 in ROES. This means you can order as few as 4 cards!
Although we’ve lowered our minimum order, we haven’t raised our prices. In fact, the price for 24 cards will remain the same, and for larger quantities, in many cases our prices are even lower than before!
We’re confident this change will make it easier – and more profitable – for you to offer folded greeting cards to your clients.
Note that slimline card printed on Kodak paper were not included due to their already low price per card.

Just in time for the holidays! Our new Designer Cards are perfect for holiday, seniors, new birth or wedding announcements. You can leave the back side plain, use a pattern, or create your own text image in Photoshop to provide a holiday greeting or directions to an event.
Why offer Designer cards? Simply because they get noticed! These 5×7″ cards are sure to be stuck to a refrigerator as an event reminder, or they will stand out when placed along side other holiday cards.
Designer cards are available in sets of 24 cards with envelopes. Each set is $28.50 for standard paper. Coating, pearl or linen paper is $3.50 extra per set.
Designer cards are available in ROES under Press Printed > Cards > Double Sided.

I love Kodak’s Endura metallic paper. With the right image, it creates the look of a back lit print that takes regular and HD photography to a new art form.
I love the fact that it’s only been around for the last three years (primarily on the east and west coasts) so it still has a great “wow” factor.
I love the fact that you can order a standard-sized enlargement and have it mounted (up to 40″), or you can make a custom-sized panorama metallic print (how about 30×72″!) using the drop box catalog in ROES, frame it, and offer it to your clients as a wall portrait that will take their breath away.
We see metallic prints every day at the lab, and have found that images with metallic or satin backgrounds, images with metallic or glossy objects, images with bright primary colors and high contrast images bring out the best in this paper.

We had a new client send us several questions in an email, and Heidi in customer service took the time to answer in writing. She did such a good job, we thought we would share her answers here:
Dear JD,
I’m just starting out and am new to this, so I have a few questions. How do I know if I need Color Correction service or not? I’m using Photoshop to edit my photos. Will that bother printing in anyway? Also, can I change the tones myself like B&W/Sepia instead of color, or do I need to use your system?
And lastly – pricing on wallets – how exactly does it work?

The right mouse button is the most overlooked tool on your computer, but computer programmers know all about it. In every software program written for the PC, the right mouse button displays the most commonly used menu options for the object selected. It is much faster to right click than to select something on the screen, then click on the top menu.
Most folks don’t right-click because they aren’t sure what the difference between a left-click and a right-click is. Then mention “double-click” and their eyes gloss over. However, knowing the difference can save you lots of time on your computer.
Here are the rules:
- Left-click to highlight something
- Left-double-click to select something
- Right click to see more options

Have you ever submitted a ROES order to JD, and the images didn’t come back cropped or rotated correctly?
We see this problem once or twice a month, so we know how frustrating it can be. Fortunately, we can recreate the problem at the lab, so we can tell you how to avoid it. Here’s what happens:

We occasionally see images coming off the digital printing presses with cropping problems. If you grew up using film, you remember that everything was printed out to the edge.
However, images printed on digital presses (photo books, holiday cards, etc) are different. Friction rollers have to grab a bit of the edge of each piece of paper to pull it through the machine. To keep the rollers from gumming up, the edges don’t get printed. This means that every piece of paper that goes through the printer has a bit of white border on all four edges. To create a full-bleed print, we trim off these edges.
To account for trimming, here are three tips you should know:
