Get your JD Customer ID

Current customers use your 4-digit lab ID. New customers: call our toll free number 888.858.8084 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Our staff will take a few minutes to collect your business information, assign you a customer ID, and answer any questions.

Download LabPrints

Windows   Mac

Save the file to your hard drive and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 3

Create Lab Order

When you’re ready to send your first order to the lab, click the “Create Lab Order” button, select JD Photo Imaging as your preferred lab, and enter your lab ID number.
