Step 1. Click here to sign up for FREE

If you are a new customer, we will automatically assign you a new account number. Existing customers should use their current 4-digit JD account number. You must sign up for a ROES account to recieve an FTP account name and password to send your orders to the lab.

Step 2. Print your Welcome Email

Keep it in a safe place. It contains your customer account number, FTP account name and password. You must have all these to send your orders to the lab (or to reinstall ROES on a different computer).

Step 3. Click here to install ROES

After installation, enter your JD customer number, FTP account name and password in the "My Information" window in ROES. If you are a new customer, we will give you a courtesy phone call before we ship your first order.
