If you are a new customer, we will automatically assign you a new account number. Existing customers should use their current 4-digit JD account number. You must sign up for a ROES account to send your orders to the lab.
Print your Welcome Email
Keep it in a safe place. It contains your customer account number. You must have this to send your orders to the lab (or to reinstall ROES on a different computer).
Already a client?
After installation, enter your JD customer number in the "My Information" window in ROES. If you are a new customer, we will give you a courtesy phone call before we ship your first order.
