ROES (Remote Order Entry System) is a full featured web ordering system for your digital images. The ROES software is completely FREE to download and use. It installs in seconds and it is very easy to learn. You can place your first order in less than 5 minutes.

ROES has intuitive, mouse-driven cropping and rotation features. You'll always get the exact picture you want.

Internet upload or CD Delivery

You can send individual orders or upload them in batches over the Internet while you sleep. No high-speed connection? Save your order as a single file containing your images and order info, burn it on a CD, and send it to the lab.

Convenient

With ROES you can save orders in progress for later completion. You can resume your Internet upload if you are disconnected for any reason. ROES has Reorder capability, so images need only be uploaded once.

Always Current

Every time you start ROES, you are automatically updated with the latest version of the software and JD Photo Imaging's latest catalog of products. No need to check for separate upgrades or catalog files.

Runs on Windows or Mac OS X

The ROES software is designed to run on just about any computer platform. All you need to install is a current browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, or Netscape 6 or higher). The Java engine will be installed automatically on your PC if it is not already available.

ROES Pager

Create your own custom composites. Album pages, proofbooks, greeting cards, anything! Save composite templates for future use. Easier to learn than Photoshop, and the images come to the lab separately so we can color correct as needed. Learn more...

ROES Packager

Create and use your own packages. A wonderful tool for any studio that offers sports or portrait packages (many prints from a single image). Just define your package once, and use it as a product in any future order. This will save you hours of order entry. In ROES, click on "Sizes" then "Show My Packages..." to get started.

ROES Presenter

You can create and save slide show arrangements, and play them back with music for your customers. Setup a video projector, turn the lights down, and then present elegant images or an album mockup. There won't be a dry eye in the house. In ROES, click on "Presenter" to get started.

DVD Slideshow

Getting Started:

There are two simple steps to begin using ROES:

Step One: Sign up for a ROES account with JD Photo Imaging.

New customers will automatically be assigned a new JD Photo Imaging account number. Existing customers should use their current JD account number. In either case, you still need to sign up for a ROES account to obtain the FTP Account name and FTP password to send your orders to the lab.

Step Two: Click here to install the software and begin using ROES.

Once the ROES software is successfully installed, you should enter your JD Account number, the FTP account name and FTP password (obtained in the first step) in the "My Information" window in ROES.

Note that new customers will be contacted by the lab to verify shipping and billing information before the first order is shipped.
