I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you and your staff for the outstanding service I received with The Valley School pictures. As you know, it was my first time shooting school pictures. Heidi went out of her way to help prepare me for the shoot with excellent advice and suggestions. Then when I went to pick up the images, the customer service was outstanding! I understand that the images needed some additional tweaking and, as usual, the issues were corrected perfectly. The JD team produced an outstanding product for me! I was very proud to deliver the images to the school...Thanks to the experts at JD, I am quite certain that we both have the job again next year.
I just want to comment on the great customer service I have had from Julie. I am a new customer and I have many issues with technology (sadly) but Julie was great! She even did an online meeting with me and looked at my submitted order to make sure I did it all correctly. She was very helpful to me with trying to get me up to speed on your products also.

I’m getting ready to run out the door for a wedding but I wanted to take a second and let you know the albums arrived. First- you are right I LOVE the metallic wrap cover...even better than the acrylic cover. It looks fabulous! Second- the Emerald album with the wrap is even better than the first emerald album I got with you guys! It’s a little thicker which I really like. Thank you soo much, these are amazing and will set us (and you!) apart from everyone else out there.

Hey Tom - I got my Emerald album sample today, and just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much I love it. I do have to be honest and say I have been using someone else for my low end wedding albums but wasn't thrilled with the paper choices. I love how the emerald is a photographic paper and the pages are coated and protected. I can't wait to start using these for our smaller weddings.

The problem was that I was heading to Afghanistan via Dubai in the Middle East and I had to order from my hotel room in Dubai. The order was delivered to my studio in Vassar, Michigan, my wife delivered it, and the customer was happy. Dubai is over 7,000 miles away and the order went fine from your site. Thanks and hope to work with you again soon when I get back to the United States.

I asked for a large print to be sent back in time to display it at a wedding. I sent in the order on Monday and got it Wednesday along with all the other orders I had sent. I knew that they would mark the order as "RUSH" and not charge me extra. Now, I do not EXPECT such treatment as a usual thing, but I certainly APPRECIATE it!
I just received the acrylic covered wedding album. It turned out wonderful. I Love the Romanco Album, the Timeless album and the Simple Elegant book. I showed family and friends they are all impressed. I can't wait to show my "brides". I'm sure we will be making some sales now that they can actually see and feel the high quality of the albums.

I just wanted to email you because of how impressed I was with the order I just received! I haven’t ordered quantity wallets before this order… and I was just so amazed to find the included wallet boxes… it was really impressive, honestly. I haven’t had a lab pay that much attention to the little things …ever. (I already told 2 photographers how amazing my lab is specifically because of the wallet boxes …they were impressed).
I’m looking forward to getting that sample photobook also… I really liked the UI and am looking forward to getting to see the finished product… it’ll be just one more thing for me to brag about JD Photo!

Just wanted to say thanks for your help. I got the 11x14 yesterday and was able to slap the call tag on the dented print's box and run it out to the UPS driver before he left my driveway! You should get it early next week. I'm so happy with this lab! You certainly make my job easier.

The General Manager at Auto City Speedway, Greg Yost, passed away last week and I put together two 20x30 posters for all the folks at the speedway to see and to sign so we could give them to the family this Saturday. I placed this order, called to say I desperately needed it by Saturday and I'll be danged if JD had them printed and UPS delivered them the day after I ordered it!!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!!
